All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must include the original receipt/packing slip, and in the original packaging with free gifts or promotions included.
The sender is responsible for all shipping charges.
Unopened merchandise with all original packaging may be exchanged or returned for a full refund to your credit card, less shipping charges.
Opened merchandise will receive a credit or may be exchanged for other products.
Products damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund will be issued as soon as the damaged product is received back at Essenceology.com. You will be reimbursed for shipping charges.
All refunds will be issued to the card the original purchase was charged to.
